About Nikolai Romanov
Nikolai Romanov was in born in 1957 in Leningrad. He graduated from the Art College of Leningrad and the Respin Institute of Arts with a ‘Silver Medal’ where he was Evsey Moiseenko’s student. He equally is part of the Leningrad Union of Soviet Arts.
Romanov is considered a master of lyrical landscapes and works with oil paint, tempera, pastel, watercolours and pencil.
The works of Nikolai Romanov can be found in the Art museum of Academy of Arts in Saint Petersburg, the State Art Museum of Novosibirsk, in the Palace of Arts of Perpignan (France), the Museum of Art in Cambrai (France) and in the Ivanovo Regional Art Museum.
